Hapbee ships globally to most countries in the world. To see the most accurate list begin the checkout process on hapbee.com to see if we ship to your region. including Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.

Orders are shipped primarily from our Distribution center in California, USA. Canadian orders may also be shipped domestically from a facility in Quebec. The rest of the world is shipped out of the USA. Customs and duties may be applied by your country. Hapbee is not responsible for collecting or remitting those costs to your government.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Hapbee orders are packaged and shipped from a facility located in California.

Most orders are shipped out the following day. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.

We provide free shipping in the continental US using the expedited shipping option. Keep an eye on your shipment’s location using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I update my delivery address?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you may contact support@hapbee.com to update your delivery address. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect your order once it is already en route to you.
